The following terms and conditions apply to your own use of the service we provide. In terms of using our resources, albeit by registering your information with our company or attending an event we have organised, you acknowledge that you are duty-bound by these terms and conditions. Agreeing to our terms is you warrant to us that you have both the authority and capacity to willingly accept into the terms that are delegated. You will, at all times, fully comply with the conditions you have agreed to.
Definitions
1.1 To break down the foundations of our terms and conditions, please analyse the uses of the following words. The context of each phrase is concisely laid out here. "Agreement" means the contract between “You” and “Us” incorporating these terms and conditions for the provision of the Service. "Information" includes without exceptions, all content, software, data, text, photographs, graphics, sound and video our company produces. This remains our intellectual property and should be seen in this vein. "Liability" is defined as the liability of any facet for any and all damages, claims, proceedings, actions, awards, expenses, costs and any other losses and/or liabilities. "Member" means any individual possessing even the minimum of basic registration for the Service. "Post" is the displaying, exhibition, publication, distribution, transmission and/or disclosure of all or even any information on or in connection with our services. The phrases "Posted" and "Posting" shall be constructed accordingly. "Profile" is the section containing details, photographs and/or other information about you. "Regulations" equates to the Consumer Contracts, encompassing the Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges from our Regulations 2013. "Service" is what we provide from our company to the client, including, but not limited to, allowing a client access to our website, the individual’s ability to contact and/or be contacted by other members whilst on our domain or our App and to grasp the opportunity to post information on the website. "User" is any person who browses the Website or uses the App. “Website" correlates to our site found at URL www.kismetkonnections.com. "You” the person, our clientele, using the website or other services provided by us.
Key Conditions, All Services
2.1 Your personal details, such as your real name, email, address or phone number shall never be divulged to anyone under our confidentiality promise unless with the clients expressed permission before so, as required to do so by law.
2.2 Your contact details may be utilised when informing you of details on future events, suitable matches, etc.
2.3 All information the client provides on their registration form is that of an accurate and up to date standard.
2.4 You agree to upload and have at least one main photo of you approved as required to use the service.
2.5 We are not liable for losses approximated during the use of our services. The exception stands when the claim is a direct result of our own negligence. Compensation, as a whole, is restricted to refunding the amounts paid for event tickets and for a membership registration fee.
2.6 There is no guarantee our service will work for you. Registering does not automatically define you as suitable. There are no promises here that can confirm you will meet your ideal partner through this service. Any emotional distress that our matchmaking service may cause through the act of dating is in no way the company’s responsibility.
2.7 All content remains the property of Kismet Konnections. Information and posts we have produced are not allowed to be copied or distributed in whole or in part, under any written format, without our confirmed permission first. Our content falls under copyright laws, and action will be taken if these laws are noticeably violated.
2.8 Our website has no warranty stating that it is error-free, connectivity issues fall alongside this.
2.9 Signing onto this service is allowing us permission to view, alter or moderate anything you have provided upon registration, from profile information to partner preferences, we have full access.

4.1 Registering as a client of ours determines an agreement between client and company to where you will be agreeing and bound by these terms and conditions, bound also under any updates that may be introduced over time if you remain a regular user of the service.
4.2 You consent to be held to all applicable laws and regulations which regard to your use of the service.
4.3 Registration does not constitute an agreement from us to offer any service.

4.5 Our services must not be used to engage in any form of harassment or offensive behaviour. The posting of dialogues, images or videos which contain libellous, slanderous, abusive or defamatory statements is strictly prohibited. Posts should not contain anything alluding to racism or pornography. Obscene or offensive language is not allowed.
4.6 An agreement is cemented between client and company that neither we nor any of our associates are liable for any damages caused. If the use of our website and services leads to, direct or indirect, harm, we are not applicable to this. Damages may arise out of the meeting or communicating with other users, but we as a service hold no responsibility towards these occasions.
4.7 We maintain the right to take action at our discretion, offering consequences which could include barring/eviction from our events or our service, to help reserve a comfortable and safe space for our members. Complaints in regard to language and behaviour are investigated and treated seriously.
4.8 Filming and photography may occur at any event for reasons of promotion. There will be a minimum of 24-hour notice when meetups are being recorded. As a company, we are not liable for any losses that may arise with respect to photography at events. We will make every effort to exclude those individuals who wish to remain off-camera.
